Youth Disability Support Workers

Are you a compassionate and skilled support worker with a passion for empowering vulnerable youth?
At GSL, we believe every child deserves a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive, no matter their ability. We're on a mission to build brighter futures—one home, one child, one relationship at a time.

Our Mission

To transform the way disability is perceived and experienced in our communities.

Our Vision

Purpose. Belonging. Security.

We are committed to creating strong, trusting relationships with the children and young people in our care. Our work is grounded in empathy, guided by trauma-informed principles, and focused on safety, stability, and connection. We exist because not all children born with or acquiring a disability have access to the secure, loving foundation they deserve. We're here to change that.
